Theory of traveling:

Traveling is the kind of activity they love almost all the people. For someone who is an opportunity to relax and summary busy everyday life. For others, it is interesting how people of other cultures and live mentality. Some people consider it the best way to have fun and always try to visit as many clubs, pubs, restaurants and cafes as possible to their portfolios and deadlines. Of course, there are people who are always unhappy with the way life is, and they say that traveling is far from pleasant and involves a lot of stress due to the need to pack their things, using public transport and so on.

But fortunately, people are rather few, and most understand that traveling is exciting and interesting. In this fast moving world, everything seems to travel like stars planets galaxies space rocks all are moving even we cannot stop time. We cannot stop anyone to go from our lives. Many people across the world are experiencing a feeling as if time is speeding up.  While a day is still constituted in 24-hour increments, time seems to be moving faster than ever for many people. There are several explanations for the time speeding up phenomenon.  The most popular explanation is that time isn’t speeding up, but our consciousness is, which makes it seem like time is speeding up.

Travelling relates to our mind also in which long ago memories of past revolve in our peace of mind. This first is a phenomenon called, “telescope.” The telescope is simply an underestimation of the time. It is like looking through a telescope, where the details of what, you see you get the impression that an object in the distance is much closer than it is. Because telescope, our brains recall distant events as if they occurred yesterday.

The second reason time seems to be faster as you age is called the reminiscence effect. You can think of it as a series of blows of memory in your life. Emotionally charged events – your first kiss, go to college, get married, have children, they have a grandchild or losing someone dear – are recorded in more alive than we might call “regular events” detail, you just have to pass by in a blur. The problem is that, over time marches on, life can become more routine, more mundane. Therefore, fewer strokes memory, giving you the feeling that time is moving very quickly created. Neither telescope nor reminiscence effect, however, provide all the answers to understand why life goes faster as you get older and, perhaps more importantly, how can you slow down time.  Time passes most slowly when you’re in physical, mental, or emotional pain.

The third theory is the aging brain’s biological clock. Named the SCN (suprachiasmatic nucleus), it is in a special called the hypothalamus gland located behind the center of the forehead. The hypothalamus is also known as the brain of your brain controls the release of some important hormones youth-maintenance.
